STARS
"Science, Technology and Research Students" (STARS), a program for junior high school students', seeks to identify academically promising, usually minority students, who might not otherwise choose careers in science and engineering, and acquaint them with opportunities in the science and engineering fields. The program also encourages students to take math and science courses in high school.
