SEAP - Apply

How do I Apply to SEAP?
There are 2 ways you can apply to the SEAP Program. You can apply Online, or you can fill out the paper application.

A complete application package consists of the completed application form, the student's personal statement, the teacher recommendation, and the transcript. The applications are not eligible for review until all parts have been received.

On-line Application
We recommend that you read the first page of the Online Application and gather all the required information and documents and then proceed.

Paper Application
You can obtain an application from your Guidance Counselor or Science Department. You can also download the application and brochure from this website:

View and download the online application/brochure
Print out a copy of the "Teacher Recommendation" form for your teachers.
If you have Acrobat Reader, the application will automatically load into your browser. If you don't have it then you will receive a dialog box which guides you in downloading and installing it.
While viewing the application or brochure, click on the PRINT button in order to obtain a printout.
